I need a CMS system for my website (Content Manager System.) I only need to update 3 areas of the website with a CMS which include pictures & text. I’d like to get a estimate of how much this should cost.

It very much depends on your needs, for example if you’re only going to list say blog entries then its not all that hard, but you can have users, levels of users (editors, writers, administrators…), you can have an advertisements manager.
Perhaps if you can further detail your product we can give you a better idea, but you can also post your project on getafreelancer.com and sites like that to get a more accurate budget

I am a freelance web developer and have worked for a web firm that charges over +500 for that which is very pricey in my opinion.
I usually do that type of work for about 150,200 you should be able to find someone to do it for that price.
