I have hosting through bluehost.com and I started out with joomla but I can’t seem to find some good groupware/profile software extensions (i’ve tried community builder but I wasnt satisfied with it) So what would be the best CMS to use to make this kind of site. If you think joomla is the best could you reccomend an extension or groupware that is really good. Thanks for the answers.

If using Joomla, try Joomla Date. I started using it, it’s pretty easy to use and install. I haven’t completed the site yet, otherwise I’d share it with you.
The guy who sells it offers pretty good support too.

I completely disagree. Joomla! is not something you would use for a dating website. Try something more targetted like osdate:
