Go on your WordPress admin panel. Click on appearance and then click on editor. Put in your code in the file you want it in.
If that doesn’t work download an FTP client like Filezilla and connect to your web host. Then drag and drop the file into your Worpress install folder. That will upload it. Not sure how you’ll make use of it though.
