A lot of thing can be done on WordPress. For any beginners out there looking how to customize your WordPress check out my videos on my channel such as How To Create An Author Box In WordPress, How to Add a New Theme to WordPress and WordPress: A Designer’s First Step. I myself use WordPress to market my web page every day. My videos are step by step tutorials that are pretty straightforward and easy to follow.

If you are using 2.8 or better you will find all the necessary links on the left side. You need Pages and Settings

Hey genius, there are more people on a beginner level than there are advanced users. Basic information is appreciated by people who are just starting out.

A blog that contains custom written articles is a great tool to offer fresh content to viewers of your niche or product market. You can help sway their opinions by offering your expert views and giving them the information to back them up. You then link your blog posts to your main web site to that once the person is convinced that buying your gizmo, gadget, service or potion is going to change their lives they can click on over and buy it from you.
